For overseas distribution, the catalogue should be organised around separate customer applications. Our ground calcium carbonate offers seven mesh designations. Modified talc needs its modification scope defined, while FT-AYB92P talc carries a 1000–1250 mesh designation for foam enquiries. These are three different sales and qualification briefs.

A Reliable Reorder Identity
Use the customer's intended formulation for sample evaluation. Keep trial results attached to the grade being offered in your market. A successful carbonate trial does not approve a talc grade, and a foam-use label does not establish the same result in every polymer.

Particle Preparation and Surface Condition
Different mineral families require different processing: carbonate is ground or precipitated, talc is milled and classified, and other fillers may need separation or thermal treatment. A distributor should retain the actual material route and treatment identity in each product file. One shared white-powder description cannot support substitution across these families.
GCC: dry and wet routes
Relia uses both dry- and wet-grinding routes for GCC. Grinding and classification are connected to the selected powder's particle specification.
PCC: crystal formation
Relia produces PCC through calcination, slaking and carbonation. The precipitation route forms new particles rather than only grinding the starting mineral.
Selected surface-coated grades
Relia applies surface coating to selected carbonate grades. The actual treatment and intended application remain part of the grade discussion.
Defined carbonate checks
Routine batch checks cover whiteness, moisture and purity. Particle size and oil absorption are checked according to the grade or order requirements.
